If you have had a loss, no matter how early, and would like to receive a remembrance set, we would be honored to send you one in order to provide you with a physical memento to hold onto of your sweet angel baby.
We are currently equipped to send hat, blanket, angel wing sets for losses as early as 4 weeks gestation and up to 36 weeks gestation.
From 37-40 weeks gestation, we are unable to send a hat and blanket. However, we are able to send a set of angel wings.
Before requesting a Project Robby Keepsake Set please read the following before submitting your form.
Can I request for multiple losses?
Yes, you can. Please submit one form per loss *unless* you are requesting for twins. Please fill out one form per set of twins.
Are Project Robby Keepsake Sets Free?
Keepsake Sets are free. Although donations are not required, they are always greatly appreciated as Project Robby runs solely on donations.
100% of donations go back into Project Robby to help cover expenses such as shipping and shipping materials.
How long will it take to receive my Project Robby Keepsake Set?
Our current estimated wait time from request to shipping for requests here in the United States is about 38-40+ weeks. We receive a high volume of requests, which means that the wait time is long. Since we run solely on donations, if you are able to make a donation with your request your name will be moved up on the waiting list. All donations are greatly appreciated. With a $10 or more donation, please allow 6-8+ weeks from request to shipping. If you are requesting multiple sets or if you have a special request, please allow extra time. We ask that if you are requesting multiple sets that you consider adding to your shipping donation. When a donation is made, please write in the notes of the donation that you have requested a Keepsake Set as well as the email address used to fill out the form. The donation link can be found at the bottom of this page.
Can I request a Keepsake Set for someone other than myself?
Please do not request a set for someone other than yourself. We ask that you only request one Keepsake Set per loss per household. These are very personal items, and to insure that the Keepsake Set is what the parent(s) want, we ask that friends/family members do not make a request on their behalf. Please, feel free to share this page with anyone who you feel might benefit from a keepsake set.
I am not located in the United States, can I still receive Project Robby Keepsake Set?
If you are not located in the United States, but would still like to request a set, we ask that you donate the shipping expense if you are able. However, if you are not able to donate for the shipping expense that is okay. Our current estimated wait time for International requests is 14+ months. If you are interested in donating in order to bump your name on the International List, please email us so that we can give you an idea of what shipping will be. Although the average amount for International Shipping is: $20 USD donation and, it does vary depending on how big the set is and how many sets you are requesting.
Will I receive a confirmation email once my form has been received?
You will not receive any confirmation from us once your form has been filled out unless you check at the end of the form that you would like a copy of your responses. Otherwise, you will not receive any confirmation from us. If you are concerned about the status of your request, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
When it is about 6-8 weeks from when you will be receiving your Project Robby Keepsake Set you will receive an email from me to confirm your address. We will not begin working on filling your request form until you have responded to that email.
To inquire about the status of your request please send an email to email@example.com. Please make sure you give us an email address that you frequently check as if we have any questions about your request form we will email you. No response results in a longer wait time.
You will receive an email from us once your set has shipped with tracking information.
If you move, please send us an email to update your address. If your Keepsake Set is returned to us due to the address not being updated you will need to make a shipping donation to have your Keepsake Set re-sent to you.
By filling out a Keepsake Set request form, you are acknowledging that you have read all of the above. Please remember that this is an all volunteer run organization which means that our wait time does vary and it could be longer than the current estimate.
